At Casa Colleverde the day begins with a sweet awakening: Breakfast, the right way to start the day with a proper energy boost. A full, healthy, balanced breakfast with natural, wholesome products from Liguria and nearby Tuscany. Fresh bread and jam, fruit juice or freshly squeezed juices, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cheese and cold cuts using best local produce.

Breakfast is available from 9 a.m. to 11a.m. and can be served in the dining room or, in summer, on the outdoor terrace immersed in nature and enjoying beautiful panoramic views accompanied by gentle bird song.

In addition to fresh bread, you can choose from delicious cakes, tasty croissants, biscuits, melba toast with both sweet and savoury toppings, as well as coffee, milk and cappuccino. Of course, we also cater for dietary requirements such as gluten and lactose intolerances, providing organic and gluten-free products. On request, guests can cook hot dishes.
